These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our application via web and\ mobile apps (together or individually “Service”) operated by Zilla Technologies Ltd.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms also apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use our services.
By using our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and any other information that we may send. You may however However, you may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing us at [email protected]**.**
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your address, bank verification number, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, contact information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have provided the right bank verification number (ii) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment methods in connection with your purchase of any of our services; and that (iii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete (iv) we can take your stated assets in the event that you default in making payment as agreed.
We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. All regulated activity are provided by licensed financial institutions that we have partnered with to provide these services.
We do not give cash and hence employ the services of third party payment channels for funds transfer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your use of our services if any fraudulent or unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Payment is due within the specified number of days after placing an order as shown on your account. The payment instructions are available on our website/app. If the payment term expires, the amount owed is immediately payable and you shall be in default by operation of law without having to receive any required notice of default. You will incur additional costs and from the date, you are in default, we are entitled to charge a 9% monthly rate billed daily + N100. We may initiate debt collection procedures and incur (extrajudicial) costs to recover the amount due. These costs will be for your account. We do not offer interest-based loans, however, you may incur certain account fees if your payments are not made timely.
For certain transactions, we make use of financing partners that finance your transaction and would be an obligor. In such instances, the financing partner will recover in cases of late or overdue payments. Find the terms of use of our lending partners here
