These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our web, mobile and checkout application ****(together or individually “Service”) operated by Zilla Finance, Inc.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

These Terms also apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use our services.
Zilla charges a simple and fair pricing for transactions processed using Zilla. We will charge merchants a 5% fee for every transaction. We will also charge a 100 Naira fee for every withdrawal done after the first two daily withdrawal from your merchants’ available balance.
The available balance displayed on your Zilla Dashboard can be withdrawn to your bank account. It typically will take about 24 hours for us to process your balance for withdrawal however, the time taken to process your balance for withdrawal period may vary, depending on when the transactions were made, whether they had any associated chargebacks or refunds and other factors. We reserve the right to vary this Payout Schedule or suspend payouts altogether if we deem it necessary due to pending disputes, excessive or anticipated excessive chargebacks or refunds, or other suspicious activity associated with your use of Zilla.
By using our service, you agree to our using your logo/affiliate symbol of representation for our marketing and promotional purposes. You also agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and any other information that we may send. However, you may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing us at boost*@zilla.africa**.***
